🍪美式松餅Pancakes

食譜(四個人的份量):

•1杯(150克)中筋麵粉

•2湯匙(24克)砂糖

•2茶匙(8克)泡打粉

•1茶匙鹽(4克)

•1個雞蛋,打散

•1杯牛奶(257克)

•2湯匙(24克)植物油

製作步驟:

•第1步:準備一個大碗,先將雞蛋與油,牛奶,糖混合均匀。然後加入中筋麵粉,糖,泡打粉。混合直至光滑。

•第2步:用中火加熱煎鍋;在鍋上倒少許油。將麵糊倒入或用冰淇凌勺子放入平底鍋上,每個薄餅大約使用1/4杯的麵糊。兩側煎到均為褐色即可出鍋,可與糖漿一起食用。


Ingredients:

(Serving for 4 people)

• 1 cup(150g) all-purpose flour

• 2 tablespoons(24g) granulated sugar

• 2 teaspoons(8g) baking powder

• 1 teaspoon salt (4g)

• 1 egg, beaten

• 1 cup milk (257g)

• 2 tablespoons(24g) vegetable oil


Directions:

• Step 1: In a large bowl, egg mix with oil, milk, sugar. Add in flour, sugar, baking powder. Mix until smooth.

• Step 2: Heat a frying pan over medium high heat; pour little oil on the pan. Pour or scoop the batter onto the pan, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake. Brown on both sides and serve with syrup.
