湯圓三種做法


|芝麻花生餡料食材: 花生粉150克 黑白芝麻粉50克 砂糖40克 黃油70克


步驟1:以上食材除了黃油全部放入盆中混合均匀放在一旁備用 步驟2:將黃油入鍋開中小火燒熱化開,倒入混合好的花生芝麻粉裏,攪拌均匀。 步驟3. 攪拌均匀后放入冰箱冷凍櫃30分鐘左右 步驟4. 30分鐘后拿出,每8克左右戳成圓形的内陷放在一旁備用


|鮮肉湯圓内陷 肉末150克 生抽10克 老抽3克 耗油5克 糖2克 鹽2克 米酒10克 白胡椒粉1克 鷄蛋液30g 水35克


做法 步驟1:除了水和鷄蛋液,把其餘調味料食材全部加入肉末中攪拌均匀 步驟2:把水和鷄蛋液分次加入肉末中,每次加入水和蛋液時要攪拌均匀再加入下次的水和蛋液。 步驟3:直到把水和蛋液全部加入肉末打到上勁,然後放入冰箱冷藏配用,放置過夜更加入味。


|紅豆沙湯圓餡料 取熟凍紅豆沙餡料100克


糯米粉團: 糯米粉250克 水200克左右

做法:

把水分次加入糯米粉直到揉成團放在一旁備用


湯圓包法: 將各種内陷取8克搓圓放在一旁備用。然後取糯米團約15g左右搓圓,兩手拇指輕輕按壓成小碗狀。取一個内陷放入,右手按住餡料,左手拇指和食指把糯米團收緊,然後搓圓。


吃法: 燒水,放入湯圓煮熟上桌享用吧!
